Who we are
Pulzar Laser Shows is owned and run by Tony Marrese. Tony is responsible for the personal details you send us (in data protection terms, he is the "controller"). You can contact him about anything in this notice at [email protected].
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we receive what you type in: your event date, location, type of event, rough audience size, your name, your email address and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and a message.
We don't use cookies or tracking on this website, and we don't run adverts or analytics on it.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry: to check whether we're free on your date, answer your questions and send you a quote. The law allows this because you've asked us to take these steps before you decide whether to book (UK GDPR, Article 6(1)(b)).
We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing, and we never sell or share your details for anyone else's marketing.
Who else handles it
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) passes the form to Tony by email. It is understood to be based in the United States, so your enquiry leaves the UK on its way to us. That transfer is allowed because it's needed to deal with the enquiry you've chosen to send us (UK GDPR, Article 49(1)(b)). If you'd rather it didn't go via the form, email Tony directly instead.
- Google provides Tony's email, so your enquiry is stored in his mailbox.
- Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it sees the internet address (IP address) of the device you visit from, to deliver the page and keep the site secure.
How long we keep it
- If you don't go on to book: up to 12 months after our last contact, then we delete it.
- If you book a show: for 6 years after the show, because we have to keep business and tax records for that long.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, ask us to delete them, or object to how we use them. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within one month.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've used your details, please tell us first at [email protected] and we'll put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If we change how we use your details, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
